As a result, it turned out that the community business by the 6th industry (fusion of agriculture-and-forestry fisheries, processing and sale) is effective to reproduce such areas. In order to make this community business successful, the level of seriousness which should also be called a local resident's preparedness is required. About the local resident's participation, since there was a limit in the aged residents being engaged in hard work at agricultural and forestry industries, it also became clear here to become the residents from a city area and a point especially with a young people's important participation.  In vitalization of “GENKAI SHURAKU”, a vacant store in “GENKAI SHOUTENDAI” (a shopping mall where it is doubtful of continuation) is utilized as a sales base in urban areas, matching with the students and young people who find out definite aim in life is required to solve a social problem.
