Eight factors structure of the learning effect based on the reactions of the students attending a lecture were determined. The first purpose of this study is to reexamine the factor structure of the learning effect of LITE. The second purpose is to clarify what kind of difference there is for a learning effect of LITE by interpersonal aggressiveness, accumulation of GPA,the self-report and the pitch of the learning time out of the class. \nThis investigation was carried out utilizing 170 participants (121 males, 48 female, 1 no entry\n) in six classroom courses. As a result, the seven factors of LITE learning effect were extracted, the relationship between the above variables were considered, and the individual differences were discussed.
