The people who have an ambition to be a teacher become a teacher with similar experience on childhood. Also private\nexperience and daily communication with pupils, colleagues and significant others out of school are very important for teachers’ professional development. It is considered that the\nway of their growth as a teacher is common in all regions in Japan. On the other hand, the impacts of learning experience in their university, the change of position in school, various\nstudies and trainings, social activities are different.
