Up to now the role of child and family welfare consulting services in the region has remained unclear, including the consultation room for families and children at welfare offices and child and family support center established in 1997. However, with the clarification of the role of cities in the revised law, a regional child and family welfare network is being formed on the platform-type existence of the linkage of services scattered within the cities.
