First of all, I was to investigate the relationships between Guide lines of MEXT (Ministry of education, culture, sports, science and technology) and Teaching Method on mathematics in Elementary school. The results would seem that guide line is being not attained the original object by teachers and decreased the scholastic ability of university students.
