 note = {本稿ではソーシャルワークとボランティア活動の関係を取り上げ、その共通性を文献を用いて整理し、ソーシャルワーク教育におけるボランティア活動経験の重要性について検討を行った。
結果、両者とも自主性のもと、その根底には人権や平等、多様性の尊重、平和、社会正義に価値を置く。他でもないあなたとの関係を大切にし（個別化）、決して上からではなく同等の立場で主体を当事者におく。民主主義のもと民間非営利として既存の制度やサービスにとらわれず、行政に組みしない姿勢で、しかし時には行政も含めた多様な人々との連帯と協働によって創造性や先駆性や開拓性を柔軟に発揮し、地域社会をより良いものへと作り変えていこうという、社会変革に携わっていく存在であると言える。
これらのことから、ボランティアはまさに、現代のソーシャルワーカーに求められて
いるものに近いことが明確となり、ソーシャルワーク教育においてボランティア活動
の経験の重要性が改めて浮き彫りとなった。, In this paper, I took up the relationship between social work and volunteer activities, organized their commonalities using literature, and examined the importance of volunteer experience in social work education.
As a result, both of them place values on human rights, equality, respect for diversity, peace and social justice based on autonomy. We value the relationship with you (individualization), and put the subject in the same position, not from above. Under democracy, as a private non-profit, we are not bound by existing systems and services, and we have a stance of not being involved in government. It can be said that they are involved in social change by demonstrating their strengths and transforming local communities into better ones.
Volunteering is exactly what is required of modern social workers.
The importance of the experience of volunteer activities in social work education was highlighted again.},
