@article{oai:kuins.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001103, author = {櫻井, 一成}, issue = {24}, journal = {研究紀要, The bulletin of Kansai University of International Studies}, month = {Mar}, note = {今回の研究では、220名の大学生(平均年齢19.1歳)について、Google FormによるWell-beingに関する意識調査を通して、「幸福度」、「健康度」および「ストレス状態」の3者の関連性について比較検討を行った。その結果、大学生においては、「幸福度」が「高い」と回答した学生が49.7%となった。また約半数の学生が、幼少時および学童期から大学生となった現在まで、総じて幸福度の高い人生を送ってきたものと推察された。多くの学生は、「中学生時代」および「大学生時代の現時点」に比して、「幼少期から学童期」および「高校生時代」の方が、「幸福度」が高く、「幼少期から学童期」および「高校生時代」は、より幸せかつ充実した時期であったことが窺われた。一方で、約3割の学生は、現在までの期間、総じて「幸福度」の低い人生を送ってきたものと推察された。次に「幸福度」と心身の「健康度」の両者における相関関係について検定を行ったところ、強い正の相関が示された。また「幸福度」、心身の「健康度」および「ストレス状態」の3者についても、相互に相関がみられた。以上より、「幸福度」と心身の「健康度」は表裏一体の関係にあり、特に心身の「健康度」と「ストレスの状態」は、表裏一体の密接な関係にあることが判明した。従って、「ストレス状態」の変化が心身の「健康度」の良し悪しに大きな影響を与え、また心身の「健康度」が「幸福度」に反映されるものと考えられた。なお、ストレスに対する正しい対応が出来ないか、あるいは見つけられない学生が増加していることが示唆され、ストレスコーピングによる対応が非常に重要であるといえる。, In this study, "Well-being" weighed it about tripartite association of "a healthy degree" and "the stress tolerance" through an attitude survey about "Well-being" by Google Form about 220 university students (average age 19.1 years old). As a result, in the university student, the student that "Well-being" replied, "it is high" became 49.7%. In addition, until the present when about half of students became a university student from in childhood and the schoolchild period, it was guessed that I sent the life when the “Well-being” was high generally. "Well-being" was higher in the schoolchild period and "high school days" from the childhood period than "junior high school days" and "the present of college student days", and, as for many students, it was indicated to have been happier and substantial time in for the schoolchild period and "high school days" from period for childhood. On the other hand, it was guessed that the student of about 30% spent the low life of the “Well-being" generally during a period to date. After examining it about the correlation in "Well-being" and both of "the health degree" mental and physical next, strong equilateral correlation was shown. Of "a health degree" again mental and physical "Well-being" and "the stress tolerance" even if tripartite, arrived, correlation was seen mutually. The mental and physical "health degree" had a one and indivisible relation with "Well-being" than the above, and it became clear that the particularly mental and physical "health degree" and "state of the stress" were in a one and indivisible close relation. Therefore, a change of "the stress tolerance" had a big influence on the mental and physical good or bad of "the health degree", and it was thought that a mental and physical "health degree" was reflected again by "Well-being".
