Recently a performance of a real application has attracted attention and HPCG benchmark which measures the time to solve a sparse linear system uses to rank the TOP500 super computing systems.  In this paper, sparse matrix collection for ill-conditioned non-symmetric matrices is proposed. The matrix collection website is developed by HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The test matrices are provided as MAT-　  file. MATLAB and Python can use MAT-file easily.
