OECD著『教師の現職教育と職能開発 OECD諸国の事例比較』が示す「教師の資質能力」 Teacher Quality Described in "STAYING AHEAD: In-service Training and Teacher Professional Development"(OECD) 冨田, 福代 256 トミタ, フクヨ 257 TOMITA, Fukuyo 258 P(論文) 本書は,OECD加盟国8か国の教育改革における教師教育を,現職教育の制度を中心としてまとめた報告書の翻訳本である。10年の年月を経た現在では,本書内容は世界的な教育改革の経緯と,日本の教師教育の状況を映し出す貴重な資料となるため,教師の資質能力の向上をテーマとする研究の,理論構築のための基本文献のひとつとして取り上げる。本稿では,その「解説」に記載された内容を中心に,「教育改革の進行」「日本の教師教育の変化」「教職の研修制度」「大学と教師教育」の観点で全体内容を再分析する。 This is a translation book of the OECD report on teacher education, especially focusing on in-service training on teachers, under the circumstance of education reform of each 8 countries out of the OECD members. 10 years later, the book clearly helps to explain how the world-wide education reform was 'done and how the situation of Japanese education was changed. The book is now used to formulate a theoretical framework on the research project of 'teacher quality'.
